Job summary we are looking for a proactive and strategic account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of hotel partners, building strong relationships, and driving commercial performance. Your role will focus on optimizing partner performance, negotiating tailored commercial agreements, and delivering long-term, joint-value growth.

digital enablement: promote digital tools and partner portal capabilities to enhance partner engagement and self-service efficiency

• represent hbx at industry events and networking opportunities.

• portfolio & performance management: monitor kpis and performance metrics. Collaborate with account optimization managers to ensure optimal commercial conditions. Identify opportunities through market trend analysis.

• implement strategic plans aligned with regional and company goals. Prioritize partner interactions and support ecosystem integration with tailored product offerings.

• improve contracting quality to drive conversion and revenue growth.

• provide feedback for continuous improvement and support regional standardization.

strategic relationship management

• skilled in consultative selling and understanding partner needs.
commercial acumen & negotiation

• strong negotiation skills with experience in structuring tailored commercial agreements.

• understanding pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies in the hospitality sector.
data-driven decision making

• proficient in analyzing performance data and market trends to inform strategy.

• knowledge of hotel revenue management principles and travel products.

• experience in identifying growth opportunities and optimizing partner performance.
data analysis & kpis and metrics monitoring
◦ microsoft excel
business intelligence tools knowledge for data visualization & comprehension
◦ tableau, power bi, qlickview or similar
microsoft power point
crm platforms basic knowledge for data consultation & tracking interactions
◦ salesforce, hubspot, zoho or similar
sales enablement tools knowledge
◦ qualifications in business administration, tourism management, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roles with direct client interaction.

• proven experience in contracting, negotiation, and account planning.

• fluent in english (spoken and written);
