requirements include a ba/bs degree in chemistry or biology, business administration, or any other economic degree, 5+ years of successful sales experience, contributions to sales strategy development, prioritization, and execution, preferably with experience in the specialty chemical and/or fragrance industry, previous experience working with multinational customers, and understanding of operations and logistics dynamics.
