We are looking for a senior full stack engineer to own production reliability and troubleshooting on a high‐scale live hiring events platform serving enterprise clients. You will diagnose and resolve issues across distributed backend systems built on java, spring boot, and kafka, while collaborating closely with client support and gtm teams to maintain sla compliance. The role demands rapid execution, strong react frontend experience, and the ability to take ownership across multiple concurrent projects.
monitor production systems and respond quickly to alerts, incidents, or performance degradation.
contribute to architecture improvements, backend reliability, and system scalability initiatives.
own code merges, deployments, and production changes with minimal supervision.
provide technical leadership, guidance, and operational support across multiple projects.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
~ strong backend development experience with java and spring boot .
~ strong backend development experience with python and django .
~ strong frontend experience with react .
~ experience working with kafka, graphql, and sql and/or mongodb .
~ experience with build systems, ci/cd pipelines, and deployment processes.
~ proven ability to ramp up quickly and take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously.
~ dagster, data lakes, or amazon athena .
~ strong debugging and data‐analysis skills for investigating production incidents.
~ experience mentoring or leading engineering teams in high‐growth environments.
