* developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
* building and maintaining relationships with key buyers and distribution partners.
* negotiating commercial terms and agreements.
* collaborating with marketing teams to plan and execute sales support activities.
requirements:
* a minimum of five years' experience in the cosmetics industry in spain, including several years in a sales management position.
* demonstrated success in introducing cosmetic brands to retail and parapharmacy chains in spain.
* excellent knowledge of the cosmetics market in spain, including both drugstore and dermocosmetic products.
* an extensive network of contacts among buyers and decision-makers at major retail chains.
* fluency in spoken and written english and spanish.
