requirements
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* strong experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
* knowledge of production processes related to cost control.
* experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* understanding of internal controls and operational effectiveness.
* ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
