Your tasks
in this role, you will be entrusted with comprehensive management of filling and packaging operations, balancing safety, operational efficiency, and quality assurance. You will lead continuous improvement projects to elevate productivity and foster a positive work environment conducive to innovation and collaboration.
primary duties:
1. instill and sustain a workplace safety culture, actively seeking out and mitigating risks while promoting proactive safety behaviors among your team.
2. ensure operations comply with gmp standards and other regulatory requirements, with an ongoing commitment to raise quality benchmarks.
3. strategically plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining workflows, reducing resource consumption, and enhancing overall operational throughput.
4. drive talent development by applying the 70/20/10 development model, supporting skill acquisition through on-the-job experience, social learning, and formal training programs.
5. maintain alignment with corporate policies and ehs regulations, fostering accountability and transparency in performance evaluation and operational monitoring activities.
your profile
educational background:
* degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a closely related field, equipping you with the technical expertise necessary for this role.
relevant experience:
* at least five years of experience in leadership roles overseeing manufacturing processes, preferably in sectors such as cosmetics or food production, where quality, safety, and compliance are paramount.
* demonstrated leadership in managing and executing cross-functional projects to improve operational systems and drive business results.
technical competencies:
* strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of leading cross-departmental collaborations with clarity and influence.
* sound knowledge and application of lean manufacturing principles and six sigma tools, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
* advanced user of microsoft office suite, proficient in leveraging software tools for data-driven decision making, reporting, and workflow optimization.
