leadership in organic farming. We are seeking and an energetic, creative, hardworking sales coordinator
to join our sales and marketing team. The sales coordinator will be a key member of our team, helping
ensure we deliver delicious, high quality food to our markets. The primary responsibilities of the role
are, but not limited to, the following:

sales administration
support the day to day operation of the sales team
-enter customer credits into our database
-monitor and help manage customer order databases
-assist with sales orders, quotes, other in sap
customer support
help build, support and deepen customer relationships
-notifying customers of order progress and/or delays
-answer phones and support customer needs
-back up sales staff on various account management needs
aged inventory
help team achieve inventory management goals
-track aged inventory reports
identify opportunities and concerns
report and communicate to sales team on a regular basis
required qualifications:
bs or ba and/or combination of skills and experience preferred
-demonstrated ability to work against a plan, meet deadlines and produce deliverables
-ability to work across functions with strong communication skills
-proficient in ms office and web communication tools
