* propose a butchery specialty and ensure plating service (cutting and preparation) at the buffet, personalizing guest interaction.
* manage orders and stock levels.
* oversee buffet setup, presentation, and replenishment (serving 600 to 1000 covers per service).
* guarantee service quality and compliance with club med health and safety standards.
