*position summary*key responsibilities*team leadership & management*- supervise and support a team responsible for onboarding, i-9 verification, and payroll support.- provide coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities to team members.*onboarding & compliance*- oversee all caregiver background check and onboarding processes.- monitor training completion for caregivers and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.- identify and address gaps in the onboarding process to improve efficiency and experience.*cross-functional collaboration*- serve as a liaison between recruiting, hr/payroll, and caregiver experience teams to resolve onboarding and hiring issues.- collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure alignment across departments.*systems & reporting*- generate reports and analyze onboarding metrics using excel to identify trends and areas for improvement.*qualifications*- 3+ years of experience in hr, recruiting, or onboarding operations, preferably in a high-volume environment.- demonstrated experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.- strong proficiency in hris/crm systems (e.g., workday, greenhouse, salesforce).- advanced excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, dashboards).- exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.- *excellent english communication and problem-solving abilities.*pay: $17,* - $20,* per monthwork location: hybrid remote in puebla, pue.
