you will plan, steer, and execute audits, ensuring compliance with relevant audit criteria and customer requirements. Your role will also involve supporting global internal auditors, maintaining quality documentation, and adapting quality methods to meet customer needs.
key responsibilities:
* plan and conduct internal, customer, and external system audits.
* support global hella internal auditors and ensure audit findings are addressed.
* maintain and update local quality documentation with process owners.
* adapt and implement quality methods, including customer-specific requirements.
* develop and deliver training on quality tools, processes, and procedures.
* ensure application of new methods and continuous staff qualification.
* prepare reports and keep relevant stakeholders informed.
* collaborate with central quality teams to improve the quality management system.
* identify and communicate process improvement opportunities.
requirements
we are looking for a professional with 3+ years of experience in similar positions. Experience and knowledge of iatf, vda 6.3, and core tools are essential.
