- básicos lean manufacturing: smed, tpm, 5 ´s,vsm.
- sistema cata
- buenas prácticas de manufactura
- conocimiento de sap
- paquetería office.
- manejo de personal
- manejo del inventario de refaccionamiento crítico y no crítico.
- escolaridad: bachillerato técnico, tsu.
- disponibilidad para aprender y ser autodidacta.
- trabajo en equipo.
