manage his manufacturing team according to the work in progress and general planning
- build the detailed schedule in accordance with general one's in order to reach performance on daily basis
- manage sqcda level 1 and participate to level 2

dispatching kitting and job cards to his team in accordance with production planning and supervisor

checking that production objectives are reached (pr4, quality, otd, ratios)
5s management
checking respect, maintenance, and cleanliness of workplaces, tools, and tooling's allocated to his
team
ensuring security of his team (guarantee of respect of health and safety directive)
monitoring daily 5 min sqcda's security meeting with team
participating to continuous improvement for manufacturing, quality and lean policy.
reporting to his hierarchy issues, dysfunctions encountered and solutions proposal

*requirement*:
university level people, technical diploma
experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
experience in personnel management, teamwork handling of tools, reading and comprehension in english and spanish
