*job summary*
this position you will be responsible for programming, and implementing automated welding processes within a manufacturing environment, including tasks like system implementation, troubleshooting, and process optimization, often requiring strong technical skills in programming, robotics, welding, production and manufacturing.
*what you will do*
- oversee automated welding cells and provide engineering support in the planning, development and operation of cobots cells.
- develop programs for new parts in the automated welding process, including but not limited to process and personnel qualification
- monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for automation and optimization, implementing changes to improve efficiency and quality.
- lead automation projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, budgets and resources
- perform testing on manufactured products using specialized equipment, recording data and analyzing the results to identify potential problems and identify root causes of product defects and propose solutions.
- work closely with manufacturing engineers, production teams and other stakeholders to ensure the success of automation implementation.
*education requirement*:
requires a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering or related field.

- functional knowledge to develop tooling/fixturing/templates (essential).
- knowledge in robot/cobot programming
