newest pool club in romantic zone is seeking: bartender / server (350mx plus tips)
we're looking for outgoing, reliable, and detail-oriented bartenders/servers who can deliver excellent service in a lively, social environment. You'll craft cocktails, serve guests poolside, and help create an atmosphere that's relaxed, flirty, and unforgettable.
responsibilities
greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair
take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the pos system
handle cash and card transactions responsibly and maintain accurate tabs
maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, service areas, and pool deck tables
restock supplies, ingredients, and garnishes as needed
monitor guest consumption and ensure compliance with local alcohol laws
collaborate with team members to ensure smooth poolside and bar operations
promote specials, events, and signature cocktails to enhance guest experience
represent the cheeky brand with confidence, positivity, and professionalism
requirements
previous experience as a bartender or server preferred (pool, lounge, or resort experience even better)
knowledge of basic mixology and cocktail preparation
strong interpersonal and communication skills (bilingual english/spanish)
ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting
must be 18+ and legally authorized to serve alcohol in mexico
flexible availability including weekends and holidays
comfortable working outdoors in a pool environment
