*duties and key responsibilities*
- process orders, expedite orders, and provide order confirmations to customers
- support sales account managers
- give customers advice & information about products, provide sales information, and handle complaints
- maintain customer information within company databases
- answer and log incoming telephone calls in system
- participate in daily mbu (mini business unit) team meeting
- continually monitor the current company processes and suggest improvements, where needed
- collaborate daily with various other departments, such as finance, operations, logistics, and supply chain
- perform miscellaneous projects, administrative tasks, or general office duties as required by manager
*experience*
- english fluency is required, written and verbal
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service and sales administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- intermediate to advanced proficiency in microsoft office
- experience with an erp system is a plus traits & abilities
- customer-centric o exhibits strong customer service skills
