The human resource manager is a key member of our client's factory leadership team. The human resources manager provides leadership in the area of team development, individual development, and plays a key role in leading the administration of policies and programs covering all aspects of human resources.ability to create, influence and execute on all hr strategy initiatives.
* provides leadership in promoting and maintaining a high performing team culture within the factory through servant leadership.
* coaches leader to set strategy on training and development programs that offer greater skill sets to team members which improve efficiency, costs, quality, and leadership.
* develops and manages a succession plan in conjunction with management.
* assures the management and employees maintain awareness and operate by standards of conduct.
* develop, maintain, implement, and communicate local and company policy.
* ensures that state and federal employment regulations are not violated, and factory remains current on revisions and new law or company policy to also include flsa, fmla, ada, and hipaa
* management and development of 1 direct report.
organizational/time management skills.
* proficient in microsoft office and other hr systems knowledge (hris, workforce, success factors)
* minimum 5 years of experience in a hr management role required.
* bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field required.
* hr certifications or advance education is a plus.
