*position summary*:
we are seeking a licensed cosmetologist with hands-on experience in hair care to serve as a product training specialist.
this role will focus on educating our clients, primarily beauty salons, on the effective use of our products to enhance their services and maximize customer satisfaction.
*key responsibilities*:
- conduct hands-on training sessions and demonstrations for salon professionals, showcasing the proper use of our hair care products.
- develop and deliver educational materials, including training guides and video tutorials.
- provide on-site and virtual training sessions tailored to client needs.
- stay up to date with industry trends and share insights to improve product usage and customer experience.
- collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
*qualifications*:
- licensed cosmetologist with a strong background in hair care.
- proven experience working in or with beauty salons.
- excellent communication and presentation skills.
- ability to create and deliver engaging educational content.
- bilingual proficiency in english and spanish.
- availability to travel.
- 5 year experience
expected hours: 40 per week
schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- monday to friday
