at our organization, we're launching careers in the mortgage industry through a business development process outsourcing (bpo) initiative.
key responsibilities:
* we are seeking an experienced sales professional to build long-term relationships with mortgage brokers across the united states.
* the ideal candidate will be able to teach brokers about non-qm loan products and help them understand how these solutions fit their clients' needs.
* the successful candidate will collect borrower scenarios, identify viable loan options, and collaborate with account executives to move deals forward.
* the selected individual will provide white-glove service through quick response times and knowledgeable support, representing our organization with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.
requirements:
* fluent in both english and spanish (written and verbal).
* minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role.
* strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
* a results-oriented mindset with high energy and self-discipline.
* a team player who collaborates well but can also thrive independently.
* comfortable working on the phones (expect high call volume daily).
* able to work u.s. business hours and based in or relocating to mazatlán.
performance expectations:
* make 200+ outbound calls or complete 2.5 hours of talk time per day.
* intake 1-2 borrower scenarios per day.
* contribute to a high-performing sales pipeline alongside your ae.
