**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or a marketing role.
- Experience operating and working with performance products (e.g., Google ads, Google analytics, DV360, SA360).
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience with information, data management, and analysis.
- Knowledge of Big Data and business intelligence market trends.- Ability to work towards strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build and develop relationships with customers and advise them on strategy and execution.
- Assist in the delivery of overall business strategy based on metrics and partnerships.
- Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers, and identify and solve client problems.
- Leverage available resources including Optimization, Marketing, and Technical Support, and identify opportunities to increase advertiser performance and investment.
