job summary
carbon is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative content creator (graphics and video) & social media coordinator to join our marketing team. This hybrid role requires someone who can take ownership from day one, produce compelling visual and video content, and elevate our social media presence.

responsibilities
content creation (graphics and video)
 * visual creation: conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality graphics and videos for use across all marketing channels.
 * presentation with graphics, images, charts, tables, and visual content creation (for website, social media and internal purposes)
 * content calendar management: organize and schedule content within asana, ensuring all assets, instructions, copy, graphics, dates, and objectives are clearly outlined and deadlines are met.
 * brand consistency: ensure all visual and video content aligns with carbon's brand identity and marketing objectives.
 * collaboration: work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and deliverables, incorporating feedback to refine creative assets.
 * innovation: stay up-to-date on design and video trends, proactively suggesting new ideas and formats to keep content fresh and engaging.
 * problem-solving: anticipate creative challenges and implement solutions to maintain quality and timelines.
social media coordination
 * strategy ownership: develop and execute impactful social media strategies aligned with carbon's business goals and brand identity.
 * content publishing: schedule and post multimedia content (text, images, videos) that resonates with target audiences.
 * engagement management: monitor social channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly to build community trust.
 * analytics mastery: track social media metrics using tools like hootsuite or buffer; analyze kpis to refine campaigns for maximum roi.
 * reporting excellence: generate detailed reports on social media performance with actionable insights for future strategies.
requirements
education & experience
 * bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
 * minimum 3 years of experience in content creation (graphics and video) and social media coordination.
skills & tools expertise
 * advanced proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., canva, adobe creative suite, final cut pro, premiere pro).
 * strong knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., instagram, linkedin) and management tools (e.g., hootsuite, buffer).
 * experience using asana or similar platforms for workflow and content calendar management.
 * exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
 * ability to work quickly and adapt to changing priorities
 * analytical mindset for interpreting data and optimizing strategies accordingly.
preferred qualifications
 * certifications in graphic design, video production, or social media marketing are a plus but not required.
