We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as *quality engineer*, based in *torreon, coahuila.*_ _(e-systems division).
As quality engineer will have an excellent opportunity to work in an international and growing environment reporting directly to quality engineer sr.
*your tasks will be*:
- respond to customers in relation to reported quality complaints.
- main point of contact with clients for specific requirements.
- monitoring the status of concerns reported by customers until they are closed.
- coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings.
- coordinate the multidisciplinary team for the resolution of quality problems through the different methodologies.
- generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.
*to be successful in this role you must have*
- education: bachelor’s degree industrial engineering or any related field
- 1 year on similar positions within the automotive industry of wiring harnesses.
- experience with ford portal.
- core tools.
- ms-office.
- problem solving skills.
- english advanced level (bilingual)
