. This role is responsible for payroll validation, vendor coordination, employee administration, benefits support, and hr operations, partnering closely with finance and external providers to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and an excellent employee experience.

da. Partner with external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processi
ng. Review and validate payroll calculations, including taxes, deductions, benefits, and statutory paymen
ts. Perform payroll reconciliations and variance analysis before payroll approv
al. Validate and coordinate imss, infonavit, fonacot, isr, and payroll tax process
es. Support payroll accounting activities, provisions, accruals, and payroll-related reporti
ng. Coordinate employee lifecycle administration, including hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes, and employee recor
ds. Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with labor and internal documentation requiremen
ts. Support benefits administration and vendor coordinati
on. Generate hr and payroll reports, headcount reports, workforce cost analysis, and operational metri
cs. Collaborate with hr, finance, and external vendors to continuously improve payroll and hr processes.

ation bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration or relatedfield

rience4–7 years of experience in payroll administration and hr opera
tions. Strong hands-on experience processing payroll in m
exico. Experience validating payroll calculations, taxes, social security, and statutory obliga
tions. Experience working with external payroll providers (adp, tmf, deloitte,
etc.). Ability to understand and perform payroll calculations manually when req
uired. Experience managing employee administration processes (hires, terminations, employee changes, personnel files, benefits administra
tion). Exposure to us and/or canada payroll processes is highly desi
rable. Experience working in multinational or regional organizations is preferred.
