propósito del rol:
responsable de implementar proyectos de nómina sap, asegurando que los requisitos del cliente estén correctamente configurados y que la transición al equipo operativo sea fluida.
responsabilidades clave:
* analizar y entender los requisitos de nómina del cliente.
* diseñar soluciones efectivas y liderar su implementación.
* brindar soporte técnico y funcional en sap py/om/pa/tm.
* coordinar con equipos internos y documentar entregables.
* actuar como punto de escalamiento para temas funcionales.
* apoyar en actividades de preventa y mentoría de equipos.
requisitos:
* experiencia sólida en implementación de sap payroll.
* conocimiento profundo de legislación de nómina local.
* habilidades analíticas, organizativas y de comunicación.
* experiencia en consultoría tecnológica de nómina.
* dominio del inglés escrito y hablado (deseable)
