*requirements*:
- business administration or accounting college or university graduate
- 3 years finance (positions: like cost accountant / account executives/ etc)
- bilingual 70 % english
- sap / microsoft office / knowledge in power bi / rpa
*main activities*:
- weekly top expense checking. Send prelim expense data to plant ba.
- weely review of stil invoices / accrual proposal at month-end
- cost center application / gl applications
- utilities break down report: electricity / water / gas consumption data
- shared service charge files for 1) wymx (include non-personnel expense ); 2) corp- others; 3) wnc and to share to wymx; 4) site service charge
- send year-to-date expense detail to plant ba / wts moh report and analysis
- income statement analysis report
- month-end tasks: fas disposal gain /loss ; bldg space allocation ; non-inventory / scrap resell; download pmcs
- internal audit tasks (interview / observations / collect information / complete audit reports)
*additional responsibilities*:
- carrying out internal audits based on project / tasks assigned.
