Financial enablement specialist
we seek an experienced financial enablement specialist to support our organization's goals.
* key responsibilities:
* financial planning and analysis: prepare detailed financial plans, analyzing historical cost data for strategic decision-making purposes.
* expense management: develop and maintain up-to-date financial expense information, including fixed and variable costs.
* cost allocation: determine unit costs in kilograms of production cycles or production years, as well as costs for growers.
* inventory reconciliation: reconcile seeds and supplies inventory data versus accounts and cecos posted.
* expense reclassification: analyze and reclassify expenses to intercompany transactions when necessary.
* labor expenditure monitoring: timely monitoring of seasonal labor expenditure according to current production demand.
* auditor support: provide financial information and reconciliation of accounting items required by internal and external auditors.
* quote and expense tracking: track quotes and expenses according to market prices and charges to cost centers.
* payment requests: make payment requests to growers and tollers, and follow up on payment transfers in a timely manner.
* capital project management: manage capital projects in sap until registration of fixed assets and download records when necessary.
* financial data maintenance: maintain updated financial information in spotfire to provide real-time data in the financial dashboard.
* operational support: support operational activities, basic clean process (production planning).
requirements:
* background: b.s. degree in financial disciplines (ms or mba preferred) with 3+ years' experience in finance.
* language skills: upper intermediate english proficiency.
* leadership abilities: empowered leadership & ownership: promotes autonomy, accountability, and shared responsibility.
* system knowledge: application of vacc leadership & dso behaviors.
