what you’ll do for us
1. define, facilitate, and lead the development and implementation of lean-driven operational excellence strategies, programs, and program management office (pmo) framework.
2. identify, plan, and implement organization process improvements to reduce costs, defects/errors, rework, etc.
3. introducing new methods and processes to improve product/service quality and customer satisfaction.
4. promote and share best practices that sustain business process improvement across the organization
5. lead key projects in the plant, region or global level applying lean/six sigma techniques and coordinating a multicultural team.
6. build strategic and value-added partnerships with internal and external customers.
7. define and implement effective training, mentoring and coaching strategies and programs for associates.
8. facilitate and lead business excellence assessment.
qualifications & requirements
9. bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
10. 5+ years of food and/or manufacturing integrated environment work experience, leading lean/operational excellence experience.
11. excellent understanding of lean manufacturing and world class manufacturing concepts.
12. strong lean-driven operational excellence knowledge with proven practical experience in the use and application of lean principles and tools.
13. proven project management capabilities.
14. demonstrated experience in people management, in a people-focused, team-based environment.
15. ability to manage multiple conflicting demands and to prioritize accordingly.
16. strong demonstrated experience in change management.
17. excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
18. excellent decision-making skills.
19. excellent communication skills.
20. high level of pc literacy, sap, microsoft etc.
