we are looking for a business development manager with a strong hunter mindset, focused on driving real business growth. This role is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building a pipeline from scratch, opening strategic markets, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
key responsibilities
* it is critical to have knowledge of automotive plastics processes and the commercial dynamics with oems / tier 1 suppliers
* actively prospect new customers within the automotive plastics industry
* generate and close new business aligned with the company’s capabilities
* develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth
* build relationships with key decision-makers (procurement, operations, leadership)
* lead negotiations and develop tailored commercial proposals
* work under pressure with a strong focus on results and aggressive targets
* coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, quality) to ensure technical feasibility
* desirable to have knowledge of plastic injection and decorative painting processes
what we are looking for
* +5 years of experience in business development / sales within the automotive industry
* proven track record of closing deals and generating new accounts
* highly proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented profile
* strong negotiation and communication skills
* advanced english (mandatory)
* experience with crm tools and pipeline management
