we are seeking a talented sr analyst to lead our driver growth operations team in mexico and nearby regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for launching, building and running didi's business in the area.
main responsibilities:
* design and execute initiatives to acquire new drivers across spanish-speaking latam, using data-driven insights to guide decisions and maximize efficiency.
* oversee daily operations of driver communities, ensuring smooth product launches, incentive programs, and ongoing initiatives roll out seamlessly.
* manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, align stakeholders and coordinate timelines and deliverables effectively.
* owning driver acquisition incentives, ensuring impact and scalability across markets.
* build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively in english and spanish.
* define and analyze data dashboards to track key performance indicators and identify growth opportunities or optimization areas.
* collaborate with product teams to adapt and improve offerings based on driver needs and market dynamics.
* navigate complex problems with creativity, agility, and critical thinking.
* drive a culture of experimentation by leading testing efforts and generating actionable insights.
* plan and execute offline events for drivers within didi's key programs, fostering engagement, community, and program visibility.
