asegurar la ejecución eficiente del flujo de materiales en planta mediante el seguimiento puntual de requerimientos, abastecimiento oportuno a líneas de producción y coordinación efectiva con áreas clave para evitar interrupciones operativas.
garantizar la disponibilidad correcta de materiales en tiempo, cantidad y lugar, contribuyendo a la continuidad de la producción, la reducción de paros de línea y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de servicio y eficiencia logística.
