About the role
we’re seeking a motivated sales executive who is confident in both consultative and proactive sales strategies. You’ll manage inbound leads while also performing outreach when needed, build a strong pipeline through structured follow-up, and close deals that contribute to our expansion.
Key responsibilities
- conduct consultative sales calls to identify customer needs and present solutions
- manage and update the sales pipeline through crm tools
- meet and exceed sales quotas and performance kpis
- provide a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve the sales process
*requirements*:
- bilingual proficiency in english and spanish
- previous experience in sales or commission-based roles
- comfortable making sales calls and handling objections
- tech-savvy with crm experience (hubspot, salesforce, or similar)
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- goal-oriented mindset and high accountability
- ability to work on-site in mexico city
preferred qualifications
- background in consultative or service-based sales
- experience working with international clients and global teams
