* supporting sustainability initiatives and energy conservation programs
* managing the maintenance team, including scheduling, performance, training, and motivation
* assisting with the preparation of maintenance budgets and cost control measures
* responding quickly and effectively to emergency maintenance issues
* promoting a culture of continuous improvement and attention to detail
what are we looking for?
* advanced knowledge of maintenance systems, equipment, and building operations
* degree or technical certification in engineering, maintenance, or a related field
* experience in budgeting, cost control, and basic accounting practices
