develops and implements people strategy through the execution of hr processes, ensuring effective and sustainable workplace relations, and providing hr support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers.
*your responsibilities*:
- understands and contributes to the overall business and people strategy.
- takes accountability for the overall hr contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and shared services.
- determines and delivers the best approach in the area of responsibility and executes the hr priorities while adding value to the business.
- ensures effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization.
- facilitates the change management initiatives and drives behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.
- supports the business and the execution of hr processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
*your background*:
- bachelor ́s degree in administration, psychology, law or similar.
- 5 years of experience in human resources and union negotiation roles.
- dealing with labor unions.
- availability to travel (occasionally 20%).
- experience in benefits and payroll.
- conversational english.
- curiosity, care (information), courage (taking action and responsibility), collaboration.
