- research local community events and outreach opportunities
- assist with event setup, representation, and workshop coordination
- coordinate vendors and manage promotional materials inventory
- track outreach data and maintain communication with community partners and consulates
- support reporting, internal documentation, and cross-departmental communication
*requirements & skills*
- experience in outreach or administrative roles preferred
- strong communication and organizational skills
- bilingual: spanish/english
- ability to travel as needed, including weekends
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to maintain strict confidentiality
- comfortable with fast-paced environments and community-facing work
