Snapscale is hiring optometrists with refraction experience to join our telehealth program based onsite in a hipaa-compliant mérida facility. This is a professional clinical support role — not retail, not sales, and not customer service.
What you’ll do:
perform accurate refractions (manual or digital phoropters)
support u.s. clinics via secure telehealth systems
guide patients through vision assessments
document results in emr
work in a clinical, structured on-site environment
compensation & benefits:
mxn $18,000–$28,000 monthly (depending on experience)

requirements:
optometry degree (mexico recognized)
1+ year refraction or clinical experience
strong english skills
able to work on-site in mérida, yucatán
willing to train (hipaa, emr, telehealth)
