*about this opportunity*
in this position, you will play a key role in the *implementation and integration phases of the nro process*, ensuring that customer services are delivered according to ericsson’s quality standards. You will be responsible for *integration, optimization, scripting, and coordination with suppliers*, while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and global teams.
*what you will do*
- perform *integration and optimization activities*, including scripting and site scheduling
- ensure *first-time-right implementation*, driving quality and efficiency in rollouts
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage *stakeholder relationships*:
- lead and supervise *authorized service providers (asps)*, ensuring compliance with quality and timelines
- drive *change management and continuous improvement initiatives*:
- ensure adherence to ericsson’s standards, processes, and safety guidelines
- support customer and supplier acceptance procedures
- provide reporting on progress, risks, and deviations
*the skills you bring*
- * 2-3 years of telecom experience* (integration/optimization/scripting)
- * english: advanced*:
- strong *soft skills*: communication, motivation, learning agility, stakeholder management, leadership
- flexibility to rotate between *day, late, night shifts* (low possibility of night shift) and provide *on-demand weekend support*:
- preferred*:project/implementation management* experience and supervising suppliers (asps)
- desirable*:nro process* knowledge and *ran portfolio* understanding (5g, rbs hw)
