as a senior product owner, you will play a critical role in defining the vision and direction of product development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and customers to create a compelling product roadmap and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
responsibilities:
* define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders and development teams.
* prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams including ux/ui designers, engineers, and qa to deliver high-quality products.
* analyze market trends and gather feedback from customers to inform product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
* facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements and clarify project scope.
* monitor product performance and iterate on features to enhance user experience and increase value.
* act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration, engineering).
* 5+ years of experience in product management or as a product owner in an agile environment.
* strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
* experience in creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
* excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
* experience with tools such as jira, confluence, or similar project management software.
* proficiency in english, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
