responsibilities
the opportunity
as a member of the business corporate solutions team, this professional is responsible for governing all it policies, processes, and procedures impacting corporate finance, tax, legal, and treasury. This includes project management office, transition planning and support, release management, change evaluation, incident management, knowledge management, service catalogue management, problem management, disaster recovery, business continuity, security compliance, and event management. Relying on extensive experience and judgment, this role involves supporting multiple priority solutions and interacting with a diverse range of professionals, from senior executives to it technical analysts. The goal is to ensure high availability, compliance, and performance of all applications within business corporate solutions, with periodic strategic assessments for continuous improvement.
your impact
as sector it manager, your scope includes:
* leading application services governance meetings (dsr/wsr)
* coordinating vulnerability remediation tasks
* presenting service kpis and slas to leadership
* interacting with vendor management regarding sow, new services, and baseline adjustments
* leading minor enhancements
* ensuring smooth transition of devsecops projects to operations
* co-managing internal and external technical teams for effective service delivery
* coordinating major releases and changes affecting applications
* leading control & audit activities
* managing all critical incidents on the business corporate side
* serving as problem coordinator and security champion
* managing system records in enterprise tools (e.g., myit services, archer, etc.)
qualifications

* 4-year bs degree
experience
* 4+ years of it service management experience
* 4+ years of it operations management experience
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* effective communication with vendors
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
* team player with high motivation and results orientation
* availability for on-call support during peak times
* customer service mindset and embracing it as a service provider
