We're currently seeking for an engineering account manager, an asset that plays a critical role in supporting customers, ensuring engineering efforts align with business requirements, and leveraging a deep understanding of the client's product offerings.
*role & responsibilities*:
client relationship management
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- serve as the primary point of contact for technical and business inquiries.
- address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with sensflo's solutions.
sales and business development
- identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
- collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and close deals.
- meet sales targets and drive revenue growth from existing accounts.
technical consultation
- understand client technical requirements and recommend relevant solutions.
- partner with engineering teams to develop customized solutions.
- simplify complex technical concepts for clear client understanding.
project coordination
- ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- manage project timelines and regularly update clients on progress.
- act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
market and industry analysis
- stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
- provide feedback to product development teams regarding evolving client needs.

*requirements*:
- 2+ years of experience working as an account manager for engineering and technical roles.
- technical expertise: background in engineering, it, or a related field.
- strong communication: ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- problem-solving skills: effectively address and resolve client challenges.
- sales acumen: understanding of sales processes and account growth strategies.
