position overview
we are seeking a junior visual designer to join our global marketing department on-site in mexicali. In this role, you will support marketing initiatives by creating engaging visual content for both internal and external campaigns. You will also assist with visual materials for company events, social media, and brand communications.

key responsibilities
* design digital and print materials aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
* support content creation for marketing channels, including web, social media, and internal communications.
* collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
* prepare visual assets for production and ensure consistency across media platforms.
* assist in capturing and editing photos and videos for company events and promotional use.
* stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creative output.
hard skills & requirements
* education: bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* design software: proficiency in adobe creative cloud (photoshop, illustrator, indesign). Experience with canva and capcut is a plus.
* visual design: strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
* branding: ability to design within brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
* digital design: experience creating visuals for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
* print design: understanding print production, formatting standards, and file setup.
* photography & video: basic knowledge of photography and video editing for marketing purposes.
* file management: ability to organize, export, and hand off assets cleanly to production teams.
* attention to detail: high level of accuracy in visual design and project execution.
* language: basic proficiency in english (written and spoken).
* team collaboration: strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
