key responsibilities:
* operational support: provide timely and effective support for pharmacy systems and workflows, ensuring seamless integration with clinical and it teams.
* troubleshooting: identify and resolve medication ordering, dispensing, and inventory issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* configuration management: configure medication records, formulary, order sets, and decision support rules to ensure accurate and reliable data management.
* interface management: manage interfaces with pyxis, omnicell, and wholesaler systems; support hl7 messaging to facilitate smooth data exchange.
* upgrades and testing: participate in upgrades, testing, and workflow validation to ensure seamless system integration and optimal performance.
* documentation: document configurations and validation results per it standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
