Job mission: lead and coordinate product management for assigned categories, analyzing the market, proposing commercial strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize sales performance and profitability. Main responsibilities: analyze detailed product information for all assigned categories. Measure and evaluate sales performance and profitability of the local market. Coordinate marketing actions with other departments such as public relations, sales and trade marketing. Define and manage pricing strategies and product positioning. Meet assigned qualitative and quantitative objectives. Collect, analyze and present results of market and consumer studies, and define concrete actions (e.g. in-store space analysis). Identify market opportunities or consumer trends that may generate new business niches or prevent competitive threats. Develop competitive analysis, market segmentation and consumer behavior studies. Maintain constant communication with the central office (hq) and with the marketing area to send promotional materials, user manuals, among others. Required profile: experience: between 4 and 6 years of experience in similar positions related to product management, market analysis or sales. Education: university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing or related careers. Languages: spanish: fluent (mandatory) english: advanced level (oral and written) korean: desirable key skills: advanced handling of microsoft excel (pivot tables, graphics, data analysis), indispensable for the elaboration of product reports.
