* the ideal candidate will have experience in implementing ehs programs, procedures, reports, permits, and training to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* this role involves establishing goals, providing direction, and delegating work to the ehs team to achieve and maintain objectives.
* the successful candidate will also provide support for contract negotiation and creation, monitor local ehs regulatory requirements, and ensure staff compliancy.
* in addition, this position involves supporting business partners' facilities and employee practices to maintain understanding and compliance with ehs regulations.
* the supervisor will also be responsible for implementing strategic ehs initiatives and coordinating necessary resources to achieve successful implementation.
