This role is critical for scaling a high-margin business line, enabling internal developers to focus on new client acquisition. The ideal candidate is a client-facing tech lead with deep shopify expertise, agency experience, and a proactive approach to communication. Key responsibilities lead the maintenance department: handle tickets, same-day fixes, and qa. Execute pixel-perfect implementations from figma designs. Directly communicate with clients via slack. Delegate non-urgent tasks to an existing offshore team for efficiency. Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines. Qualifications deep shopify expertise: recharge, flow, functions, pipedream. Proven experience in agency settings preferred. Strong english communication skills; client-facing experience required.
