we’re not looking for people who started as project managers or scrum masters. We need someone who started in engineering and gradually moved up into leadership roles like engineering manager, senior manager, etc.

must have experience leading teams, managing delivery timelines, working directly with clients, solving problems, and owning outcomes.

we’re looking for someone with experience leading cloud migration or app modernization initiatives (not infrastructure or devops roles).

even if they no longer code, they should be comfortable participating in architecture discussions, code reviews, and solving complex technical challenges.
