*people & culture hr assistant*- ._*reports to*the people & culture assistantwill report to people & culture business partner*business function*the role will be part of the wider people & culture team*location*the hr assistant will work at av.eugenio garza sada no. * piso 6., colonia mas palomas, monterrey, nuevo león *job overview*this role will provide administrative support to our people & culture professionals related to benefits, hiring, payroll and other key hr areas.serve as a reliable source of information for employees, promptly answering questions regarding payroll and benefits.*responsibilities and duties*- schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments.- compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date- assist in formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees- track employee attendance, pto, and leaves, and assist with payroll processing and documentation such as:- collect, check and process the elements that make up employee compensation.- prepare and send payroll incidents.- collect, record and check variable elements related to payroll (absences, clocking in and out, overtime, deductions, etc.).- check and validate the corresponding payrolls and closing statements.*required skills / qualifications*- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- strong attention to detail- proficiency in administrative duties such as communications, data entry, and record keeping- enthusiasm for working within a team environment- tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information and addressing employee concerns- proficiency with technology, and the ability to pick up new software easily- familiarity with company's preferred hr software- experience in an administrative role- understanding of labour lawsdesire to grow within the companypay: $20,* - $25,* per monthwork location: hybrid remote in *, 18 de marzo, n.
