we are part of the logitech4 business group, dedicated to modernizing sales tools for our sellers, partners, and distributors. Our solutions streamline processes, enhance data visibility, and improve collaboration—empowering sales teams to work more efficiently, deliver faster customer responses, and achieve better results.
responsibilities
* collaborate with the development team to execute solutions for identified issues and ensure timely resolution.
* provide technical and functional support to sales representatives, distributors, finance, and resellers, addressing queries and ensuring stakeholders have the necessary tools to use the cpq platform efficiently.
* conduct training sessions for partners, distributors, and resellers to help them understand new cpq capabilities and updates, resolving any issues or concerns raised by partners and users.
* generate reports in salesforce for data analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas requiring improvement; prepare and present key data to stakeholders to support informed decision‑making.
* create detailed user story documentation for solutions provided to business problems; maintain clear, organized records to support knowledge sharing and future references.
* analyze and prioritize incoming defects for the nam cpq platform; identify root causes and propose actionable solutions to resolve issues promptly.
* collaborate with teams to identify areas for process or system improvements based on feedback and defect reviews; support efforts to enhance the cpq platform's usability and performance.
key qualifications
* multiple years of experience in a product owner, business analyst, or similar role.
* exposure to any cpq platforms is highly desirable.
technical skills
* basic understanding of salesforce cpq processes, workflows, and tools.
* ability to generate and analyze reports in salesforce.
* proficiency in analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
preferred qualifications
* salesforce revenue cloud is highly desirable.
