we are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
itso production support
this role will focus on itso (it service owner) responsibilities. This is a key administration role for it to maintain our critical fraud systems. Coordination of disaster recovery (dre) plans
– works with vendors/hsbc technical resources (network team, developers)/business teams to develop a plan to align with scheduled disaster recovery dates. Also provide support during hsbc and vendor dres
scott (service continuity testing tracker) –
coordinating/performing and documenting the periodic disaster recovery exercise
service reviews
– periodic service reviews to confirm details documented in service now since last review, and get signoff from business owner if necessary
application reviews
- periodic service reviews to confirm details documented in service now since last review, and get signoff from business owner if necessary
trmf (technology resilience maturity framework) – perform vulnerability assessment to identify areas of resilience improvements in cooperation with the business, documented in hoop
ice (it compliance engine) review
– review compliance ratings for all applications in terms of sdlc, depl, dmov, performance and stress testing and data management, etc
amrp (assisted manual recertification program) – periodic review to maintain access for business users
brett (data backup and restoration testing tracker) - periodic review of data backup of applications
bia (business impact analysis) – annual review with business owner for each application
cr reviews
– checking change requests for quality and no negative impact to ice scores
degree in computer science or it related disciplines
~ strong english skills are a must
~5+ years of software development/deployment/support experience
~2+ years of java / unix software development experience a plus
~ knowledge of tools such and jira, confluence, visio a plus
~ experience with communication to clients, business partners, and management a plus
~ advanced english
