assist customers with questions, transactions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.document all interactions in the client's system with accuracy and compliance.requirements6–9 months of call center experience (bfsi experience preferred).
english proficiency: b2+ to c1.must live within 1.5 hours of the site.ability to work a 10-hour shift within hours of operation (6:00 am – 4:00 pm).
comfortable with schedule: two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch.strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.ability to adapt to client systems, policies, and compliance requirements.
