about the role:
as a data analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive business decisions.
this position focuses on extracting, analyzing, and reporting data from various call center tools and databases.
you will be instrumental in creating and maintaining reporting dashboards that provide clear visibility into operational performance, client success, and agent efficiency, directly impacting our strategic objectives.
*requirements*:
- 6 months of experience in a similar capacity.
- must be onsite in the tijuana office.
- english fluent, both written and verbal.
- types 35 words per minute.
- high level of work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
- proficient in using computers, software, and other relevant tools.

key responsibilities:
- extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various tools and consolidate them to a master database.
- develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards.
- identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable recommendations for operational improvements.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
- ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and analyses.
- automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.
- present findings and insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- monitor key performance indicators (kpis) and alert leadership to significant deviations or opportunities.
- support data-driven decision-making for client campaigns and internal operations.
- document data sources, methodologies, and reporting procedures.
