* ensure an understanding of client business objectives and help them achieve their objectives through effective advertising.
* develop and present advertising strategies and ideas for clients to incorporate multiple mediums.

* 7+ years of proven broadcast advertising sales experience
* 3+ years of advertising experience sales experience
* programmatic-savvy expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit
* solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and current industry trends in display, video, and native
* strong sales and negotiation skills
* ability to solution sell to both business and technical audiences
* executive level presentation skills. Strong communication skills.
